Submitting Essays with Blackboard

• To submit an assessment item (such as your essay) using Blackboard, go to the Assessment index link on your unit website, then to Assessment Items. Then you need to:
  1. follow the link to the specific assessment task (e.g. Essay) then go to Submitting Your Essay
  2. you'll see an icon like this:
  3. click on the Essay link next to the icon
  4. follow the page to the Attach File area - and click on "Browse My Computer".
  5. find and select the file that contains your essay (e.g. your essay file called "Essay-HETxxx-YourName.doc")
  6. when you're finished be sure to click on the Submit button
