Current Students - How to Enrol in SAO Units for 2015
This web page is aimed at current students who wish to re-enrol in SAO units for 2015. The units we are offering can be viewed at:
Re-enrolment opens from 29 October 2014
Current students need to re-enrol by logging in to My Study Plan on the Current Students webpage.
All amendments to enrolment are instant. Unit enrolment is subject to class size limits.
Once enrolled you may then view your financial account on My Financials
Re-enrolment for current students to Swinburne Astronomy Online is now open.

User name is your student ID and password is your SIMS password - default DDMMYY. For help in resetting your password visit: Password Assistance

To make payment:
Local (Australian) students may pay by Credit Card on the My Financials page
International students may pay by Credit Card via Western Union Business Solutions - this link is Swinburne specific, please enter your Student ID when making payment.

- Current Australian FEE-HELP students will not need to resubmit an eCAF form
- Once enrolled Australian students can view their fee information and pay via the Current Students ‘My Financials’ webpage
- International students will pay by credit card via Western Union Business Solutions

Semester dates for 2015:
S2-2015: Week 0 commences 24 August, 2015.
The census date is the date on which your enrolment requirements must be finalised. Swinburne University is required to report student liability information to the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST) by the specific census date. The census date is the last day with withdraw from a unit or course without financial penalty.The Semester 1, 2015 census date is 23 March 2015.
The Semester 2, 2015 census date is 21 September 2015.
All our degree programs are fully accredited by Swinburne University of Technology. (For details, see our accreditation page.) Start-up kits, including instructions on accessing the student website are emailed to enrolled students the week prior to each Semester.
