SAO Alumni News

• All SAO alumni are invited to AstroFest 2008, which will be held in the Yarra Valley, about 70 km north-east of Melbourne, from 17-20 October. The meeting will move to Swinburne's Hawthron campus on the Monday to visit the Centre for Astrophyscis & Supercomputing - the hosts of SAO! We hope to see you all there.
• On Thursday 6 March 2008, SAO proudly graduated another 19 new alumni members - 3 Graduate Certificate of Science students, 6 Graduate Diploma of Science students, and 10 Master of Science students. • The S2-2007 SAO Honour Roll has now been updated with the top students for each SAO unit. No doubt some of our newest alumninare on the list! for details, see the honour roll website.
• The 2006 FICT Awards for Excellence ceremony was held on 11 September 2007 and awards were presented to Mark Taylor for the Graduate Certificate of Science, to Steven Marks for the Graduate Diploma of Science, and to Ken Dixon for the Master of Science.
