Technical support

If you have any technical/computer queries, here are the appropriate people to ask for help:

• If you cannot log in to your Canvas site because there is something wrong with your password, you will need to contact the ITS service desk at servicedesk _AT_ swin.edu.au or on +61 3 9214 5000. They will not provide password information via email.
• If you can log on to Canvas but for some reason cannot see your units listed in your Dashboard, please contact servicedesk _AT_ swin.edu.au.

Whenever you contact any of these helpdesks, please be sure to include your name, ID, unit(s) you're having trouble with, and explain *exactly* what the trouble is and any error messages you are getting - this will help staff find your problem and get things fixed.
