The 3rd Australian Exoplanet Workshop will be hosted at Swinburne University, Melbourne, in the TAFE Building room TD121 of the Hawthorn Campus. The Hawthorn Campus of Swinburne University is located about 7 km east of the Melbourne City Centre, and is well serviced by public transport with trains and trams.

Note that there is no public transport from the Melbourne airport, which is about 25 km north of the city. A taxi to the city or Hawthorn costs between $50-$60. A cheaper option is SkyBus, which will take you into the city for $17 one-way or $28 return.

For information about Melbourne public transit and planning your trip, visit Public Transport Victoria. Note that Melbourne public transport uses the ticketing system called myki. You should be able to purchase a myki card at the airport (or at major train stations and convenience stores). Visitors to the state can purchase a myki visitor pack.
