Bright Integrated Light Bulge Investigation
We are observing a complete sample of southern galaxies with bulges drawn from the HIPASS catalog.
With WiFeS at Siding Spring Observatory we map the kinematics and line strengths of these galaxies.
We study the structure and scaling relations between galaxies of different
mass with a view to better
understanding the formation of such
galaxies.
