AstroFest 2008 - Registration
The registration fee is AU$650 or AU$580 depending on whether you require single or shared accommodation at the Yarra Valley Conference Centre (YVCC). This fee covers: (1) accommodation at the YVCC on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 October, (2) reception and dinner on Friday 18 October, (3) morning and afternoon tea and lunch each day, and (4) dinner at the YVCC on Saturday 18 and the conference dinner in Melbourne on Monday 20. Beer, wine and softdrinks will be offered at each of the dinners and a cash bar is available for those who wish to continue drinking once the SAO supply runs out! The registration fee does not cover dinner on Sunday 19 October (as it is assumed most people will be in transit from the Yarra Valley back to Melbourne), or your accommodation in Melbourne. There is a partners registration fee AU$420 which includes: (1) shared accommodation at the YVVCC (with you!) on Friday 17 and Saturday 18 October, (2) breakfasts, lunches and dinners while at the YVCC, (3) the Friday evening reception at the YVCC, and (4) the conference dinner in Melbourne on Monday 20 October. Note that all registrations require a AU$200 non-refundable deposit, required by 27 June, and the balance of your registration payments must be made 35 days prior to AstroFest, i.e. full payment is due by 12 September 2008.Proceed to our online registration.
