Proceedings
The Proceedings for GCD-V will be published as a stand-alone volume of the Publications of the Astronomical Society of Australia. All papers will be refereed and appear on ADS. Participants' home institutes will receive a complimentary year's subscription to PASA. The deadline for receipt of author submissions will be 1 October 2003. Submissions should be kept to 3-4 two-column 'emulateapj'-like pages.
